History

Founded in 1985, Bove Industries, Inc. located in East Setauket, New York specialized in the field of building excavation and drainage work in the residential market. The company’s steady growth has allowed us to expand our services from a major site-work contractor to a heavy civil contractor serving the Long Island and the Metropolitan areas. These expanded fields include infrastructure work, underground utilities, landfill closures, excavation support systems, deep foundations, directional drilling and demolition work.

We attribute our continued success to our talented staff and our ability to consistently reinvest in the newest technology and latest state of the art equipment to maintain our edge in a highly competitive industry. This enables us to provide the proper equipment and manpower necessary to meet the challenging schedules encountered in the private, commercial and public work sectors.

With the demands in our industry for recycling materials for a greener environment, Skyline, LLC was created in 2001. This facility, which is located on 14 acres in East Setauket, NY has the capabilities of providing various recycled road-base materials that is used on many of the roads throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. With the closure of the municipal landfills on Long Island, the need to recycle products is greater now than ever since there is no other place to dispose of the material.  Not only does this save resources but it allows us to minimize project costs by recycling existing materials from our work sites. Over the past three years, Skyline has become a major supplier of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA), for many of the major NYS DOT projects here on Long Island.

Our commitment to providing clients with innovative solutions, exceptional workmanship, talented staff and the most advanced equipment available makes Bove Industries, Inc. the company to contact for all your heavy and civil construction needs.
